Hey Guys,
There was a meditation on the previous Order of the Sith, called "Black Meditation", as I remember it was posted by Kira. To be honest I saved it once on my hard drive, but I think I accidentally deleted it. Do anyone remember this?
Thanks, Zeke

I can't say I've heard of it. I browsed through the Library in case it was in there, but I didn't find it.
Might I recommend another technique?
If I'm not mistaken, it's called Zazen meditation. It's a form that requires nothing of you. You sit, you close yours eyes, you breathe... and that's it. Let your mind wander wherever it wishes. Set it free. Being a Sith, after all, is about liberation.
You might be surprised what you find.

Thanks for your reply!
The last few days were hard to me. Usually I don't do anything while this depression hit's me, because I know I can't focus on anything really. But this one really set me free. Unfortunately, I'm not able to do it daytime yet, but before sleep it's help me cleaning my mind. Maybe it's because of my Jedi training, but I always thought meditation has to be a formal ritual, with strict rules. This one is better than any of them for me.

I'm glad to hear that! Yeah, the Jedi tend to make meditation more complicated than it has to be. In fact, they tend to make just about everything more complicated than it has to be.
Doing it before bed is a good idea. It places you in a state of mind that makes you ready for sleep.
