Harmony Meditation

As a Sith I forge our own reality and build my own tools to forge my own path. To embrace the whole of the experience one must synergise with the reality. Reality is conflict, tribulation, and joy or heaviness will be a few things one will face. Adversity is hard at times and yeah you'll feel emotions. N stead of numbing the self, learn to be harmonious Use this meditation and build yourself up so you can hold your center.
Warmup Meditation:
Breathe in then out. Shut yourself in a dark room. breathe and relax letting go of external distractions.
Next summon a demon or personal shadow that embodies what you lack. You can use egregors or a mirror instead. Tell the demon to try to uproot you, scare you, attack you, claw at you, and face it head on yet don't interact with it, fight it, or protect yourself. Practice feeling it hit around you or at you or hit you. You have armor on so there's no need to go into defensive mode.
"the force is my ally and I am the force. I acknowledge what is going on yet find inner peace in it all. I rise up and choose to continue on with my task at hand." Rise up from the dark room and go clean or do something that makes you super uncomfortable. The demon will keep doing this to you until you're done and you've learned your lessons. It may be really hard but when you get it you'll be fine.
Eventually you may feel emotions yet be calm or have past trauma come up but be able to ground into present in a second. Let emotions flow through you without getting swept up/hijacked.
Tools: grounding, breathing, taking it's power away by going in on a hunt for narratives that give it power, positive affirmations, meditations. I am safe meditations help.

The demon symbolizes life, strife, conflict, and your active choice making or lack of it. Will you retort, extend yourself, give demon what it wants, fear it n hold back giving away power making it bigger, or will you calmly stare forward and move on. Life will feel this way and interactions with people may feel this way or not but it's part of life.
Get used to it. Grow strong. Make choices on your surroundings. Be harmonious fellow empaths.

Emotions are responses to environments. Sometimes I don't respond emotionally at all or sometimes I do. *shrug* it depends. Yet I am focused, empowered, and able to move vs. fight, freeze, or in between. Discipline your mind n emotions or they will discipline you.
