Sooo I've come to the conclusion that venting online is silly. The community aint your therapy space. Granted at first it was....I mean in my own journal. Except honestly the best thing I can suggest is getting a therapist/support group/self support so you don't have to do any of that online.
I enjoy my time outside the community to work on myself so I can be in a better space. Now I can enjoy studies of jediism and no one deserves the right to know everything about you. While I enjoyed my vulnerability I now just don't think I wanna be that transparent anymore. If your therapist aint helping you get a new one. Somewhere out there there's the right one and investing in emir was the best choice I did.
I go to horse riding lessons which are self-indulgent and a form of horse/animal therapy. My boundaries, strength, and resilience helps me step away from arguing or wasting time online arguing. Nor am I responsible for peoples misunderstandings. Force realism is syncretic. If you cannot respect each individual then at least co exist. Your real life should come first. which mine does. I also think I am going to stop posting updates on my life.
I've proven I'm a sith that can get results. Proud of myself, go me. that's all. I also think that eventually you outgrow the training space and it's all about applying what you're learning.
"People who do that often have no outlet in person, so the best victims can do is online." Discuss amongst yourself if you like. I don't have much to say except for that. May you rise to personal power, good luck.

Risks:
being judged/cyberbullied/people taking advantage of you, people not showing up how you need, and then it's ten times harder for you to grow. Granted I grew stronger but I think it could've been done better. *shrugs* who cares it happened and yet I hope maybe others can learn from this writing.
